Unfortunately, my application was not approved due to an issue related to a pay stub, which I understand. However, I was disappointed to learn that the $175 administrative fee is non-refundable. That’s a significant amount, especially given the current economy, and I paid a total of $250 including the application fee. While I understand not receiving a refund for the application fee, I believe it would be helpful for future applicants to know that the administrative fee is also non-refundable before applying.
