- RARhonda AndersonFeb 24, 20261.0I had been a resident of The Reserve at Sugarloaf for over nine years, and this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with a property management company. My personal belongings were placed into the property’s storage area and were subsequently lost or removed, with no explanation and no accountability. I still possess the original storage key, which I have had since I moved in, yet management has failed to provide any meaningful response, investigation, or resolution regarding what happened to my property. Even more concerning has been the unprofessional and dismissive behavior from onsite management. Rather than empathy or assistance, I was met with a hostile attitude when trying to resolve a serious issue involving my personal belongings. After nearly a decade of residency, this level of disregard is unacceptable. This experience clearly demonstrates a lack of oversight, transparency, and respect for long-term residents. I would strongly caution prospective tenants to consider how issues are handled here—particularly when something goes wrong and accountability is required.

- AMA MDec 8, 20252.0Convenient location and quiet surroundings but office staff is rude and unprofessional especially Tangela! When she’s asked questions she provides incorrect information and then when questioned she turns around and says “where is it in writing . She will make you feel guilty for bringing it up. It has happened on more than a couple of occasions. Washing machine and dryers are old - unable to run small loads so you can’t separate towels, whites etc as a small load will not run. Machine starts to rebel!!!! There are too many extra charges above the rent payment which adds up very quickly. I would not recommend this place. There are many other newer complexes in the vicinity that are worth looking at.
