  A friend of mine lives here, and I’ve noticed some concerning issues. The hallways and stairwells are often dirty and poorly maintained, which makes the common areas feel unsafe. There’s also frequently a man with no kids smoking near the playground, which is worrying for anyone with children. At the pool, people frequently drink excessively on weekends whenever it’s open, creating an unsafe environment. Overall, this complex is not recommended for families with small children. Management needs to address both cleanliness and safety immediately.

  On Saturday 01/03 around 2 pm I had a very disturbing interaction with a woman who stated that she works in the apartment office. While I was with my baby outside the office trying to get my key card fixed, she began yelling at me over a matter that did not involve her. I asked her to leave us alone and to stop yelling because she was going to wake my baby. Instead of de-escalating, she continued to insult me and then SPIT ON MY FACE. This behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable — especially from someone representing the apartment management. I am sharing this because residents deserve to feel safe and treated with basic respect in their own community. I sincerely hope management addresses this and takes appropriate action. UPDATE: Management has confirmed that the woman involved is not an employee but a tenant who IMPERSONATES STAFF. Management contacted me requesting that I remove or change this review, yet they have taken no action to address or resolve the incident. This review reflects the truth of what occurred. My review will remain posted until appropriate measures are taken.

  Llegué buscando apto, me atendió Stephanie. Y desde que entré al lease office la energía y vibra positiva de ella, me abrazó. Siempre a disposición, respondiendo cualquier pregunta, duda o lo que sea que me surgía 😅 Es muy amable, y es muy buena haciendo su trabajo. Es más, sin duda alguna uno de los motivos de los cuales elegí ese lugar para vivir es porque su calidez y atención me encanta. Es súper importante contar con personas que brinden excelente buena atención y empatía. ❤️

  I have been living in these apartments for almost 3 years. The first two years were perfectly fine but this last year I have been having one issue after another. First of all, I would like to say that the communication with the leasing office staff is very poor my apartment has been in need of a few repairs here and there most of them minor but on three occasions when something major needed to be done. It took them over a month to repair. Now there is a leak on the roof I’m assuming which is causing brown staining on the ceiling which I reported over a week ago. I had to call the office to get an update because no one followed Up with me. I spoke with Stephanie and her attitude was very dismissive and rude. This is not the first interaction I’ve had with her, but each time it was just as unpleasant. I will say for the most part the interaction I’ve had with other staff members in the leasing office has been pleasant. Poor communication is a serious problem here. 12/19/2025. I want to say thank you to Noelia and supporting staff for resolving the problem with the roof and ceiling.
