I have lived here for four months, and choosing this apartment has been one of my biggest regrets. From the very beginning, there were red flags. I was not provided with a full breakdown of move-in fees until the actual day I moved in. Although this should have stopped me, I had already scheduled movers scheduled. During my move-in walkthrough, I immediately noticed at least 15 issues that should have been addressed by maintenance or the property manager beforehand. It was clear that no professional or reputable cleaning or turnover company was used to prepare the unit. In just four months, there have been three different valet trash companies. Unfortunately, trash pickup is extremely inconsistent & there have been multiple nights when no one showed up at all, yet residents are still charged $40 per month for this service. When I toured the property, I was told the gates were being repaired and would be operational soon. Four months later, they remain open every day. Trash dumping is also a constant problem. Although there are cameras near the dumpsters, they appear to be ineffective since illegal dumping happens weekly with no accountability. Every weekend, the parking lot resembles a mechanic shop, with residents working on cars in the open. This creates clutter and noise and is never addressed by management. The most serious issue has been my HVAC unit. Both the interior unit and the unit outside my window produce extremely loud, unusual noises. When maintenance was first dispatched, they would knock on my door, not enter the unit, and then close the work order as completed. I continued submitting tickets and made it clear they had permission to enter. Eventually, I discovered that my spare key had gone missing from the office. I had to request a lock change. While the locks were changed, my new keys were not left for me, leaving me locked out of my apartment for over an hour. Good luck getting anyone to answer the office phone, and when they do, management rarely returns calls. If you are considering moving into this property, be aware that these issues are ongoing. After only four months, I can confidently say I deeply regret choosing to live here.

The apartment complex itself could be decent, but the manager completely ruins the experience. He was extremely rude and displayed clear discriminatory behavior toward residents based on race and background. Simple conversations felt hostile, and concerns were dismissed without professionalism or respect. No one should feel uncomfortable in their own home because of the person in charge. Management like this is unacceptable.
