SO rude. The girl Kay. She kept repeating herself even though i kept saying i understoood her and got it. Really passive aggressive. Had to keep explaining myself. I just started a positiion and was asking about my employer verifying income instead of paystubs if youve started a position within the month. other apartments offer this, simple question, no big deal. she kept acting like i was weird and the question was so unheard of. among other things just i tried to work with her in the conversation and was met with an attitude. Luis. Hes tense. i took a tour with him and i was being friendly saying "good for you" for having such a pretty office and professional job. so i was being nice and he was just weird and unpleasant too. yes an attitude as well. i just kept the conversation short and i rode on the back of the cart on the way back, immediately got off when we got to the office, did not want to sit in office with him after. i dont know whats going on here. the apartment is pretty. i wanted it. i spoke to rogrigo over the phone and he seemed like a professional who just wanted to sell the apartment. described it well. but kay was inappropriately repeating herself 3x about different things when i was basically telling her it was unnecessary and that i was speaking upon other things. when i tried to call back with positive paystub verification (which she was asking for), they kept hanging up on me. they didnt answer and kept hanging up....... i promise you i am not a problem. i am a manager myself with great credibility from employees and customers. I love people and know how to speak to them. i was not giving these people an attitude and was just trying to ask questions, i didnt need someone repeating herself passive aggressively or having a tone with me through the call. once she understood my questions she answered them, so there was no need to keep repeating herself when i asked her to stop basically. i just wanted the apartment. she kept repeating how she couldnt treat me differently and upon the fair housing act etc had to treat everyone same. i was a little confused and basically said i wasnt asking for special treatment and was just asking BASIC leasing office questions. i was asking basic questions and kept havign to reroute her back to the questions and having her understand what im asking instead of giving me an attitude and repeating herself i dont know where the lines of communication got thrown off but nothing i was saying seemed to actually be absorbed by her or calculated into the conversation. Lastly she kept insisting that she would have to look at previous years taxes. Ive never had an apartment complex be insistent on looking at previous years taxes? just the normal requirements of paystub, credit check, income verification etc. i could be wrong, but previous years taxes?

Hello, this complex is getting worse every day. I don't understand how they offer lower prices to new residents and higher prices to existing residents who need to relocate. Because of things like this, several residents have left. hola, este complex cada día es peor no comprendo como le dan unos precios mas bajos a los nuevos residentes y a los antiguos que necesitan un traslado le dan un precio mas alto. por cosas como estas varios residentes se han ido.

This apartment complex is incredibly disappointing. The neighbors are inconsiderate and constantly gather by the pool—day and night, in any weather—blasting music with no regard for those trying to enjoy peace in their homes. Despite clear rules, the leasing office makes no effort to enforce them. The gates have been broken for years with no sign of repair, and any maintenance requests are either ignored for weeks or addressed with temporary, patchwork fixes instead of proper solutions. It’s clear that management prioritizes convenience over residents’ well-being. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone who values peace, security, or responsive management. I can’t wait to move out.
