  They are really good very personal and nice. They have been helping us with everything. Matt talked to us some a few years ago and still remembered us and in my book that is a plus. Ashley showed us a few houses in or price range while Matt was not in the office that day. Came back and went straight to talk to Matt when we came back he is very personal and knows his stuff he answered all our questions and helped with the whole process. If anyone needs help make sure you ask for him he will help.

  I couldn't be more thankful for Jeff Kersey for helping me on my home finding journey he always answered my calls and emails in a timely manner and never left me confused on any questions I had and trust me I have had plenty some probably was crazy question but hey I asked anyways and he took his time with me.. so far so good go with Clayton homes the price is great.. thank you

  Johnathan was Excellent took his time walked us through each and everyone we wanted to look at broke down places for us gave us floor plans did an excellent job

  It has taken me a while to post this review because I went back and forth with Clayton homes for a year and a half trying to get them to fix things that were wrong with the home. Plumbing was out of code, multiple issues with backups until I finally figured the issue out with my sewer camera since I am a plumber. Finally got the issue resolved after multiple trip from some so called plumber out of Dublin that would only plunge it and said it’s good to go everytime but when I asked him why only this toilet he had no explanation. I finally run the camera and found a lag screw through the pipe and then had it repaired. The trim was stacked over each other and corners were terrible. They sent some guy out with a broke hand that did very little and did not complete the work, left and didn’t return as he stated he would. The ac was tilted and out of level by 3”. The company told me it was ok and I sent them documentation stating how it was in fact not ok and the sent someone to resolve it but they refused to block behind it and pull the unit out how it should be, they just left it blocked up on either side and finally mortared the cracks on either side of the unit. The kicker and this is what has had me truly baffled about this company is the block skirting around the home, it is not recessed and sticks out from the home. The home has also settled on the thin 4 in blocks and cracked in mutltiple areas around the home. When still under warranty 6 months later I notified them and they blew me off until I threatened legal action at that point they sent someone out to fix the blocks and refused to replace the entire block foundation because they stated that the inspector passed it even though there is not concrete footer, just block laid on top of sand. The company that did the work refused to come back and then they were given a price by one contractor that made the issue look even worse if you can imagine. We have had to have all of our appliances replaced within the first 2 years of owning the home. Had one refrigerator replaced under warranty and the exterior glass randomly busted out of the front of the oven while we were cooking and glass shattered and went all over the kitchen floor. The dishwasher leaks on the front seal, all Frigidaire appliances. Within 4 years I am already replacing the water heater due to a leak on the tank and Rheem is telling me only a 1 year warranty comes with this specific model so I am forming out 500 for a new tank already and thank god I can install it myself or there would me more cost out of my pocket on this very cheaply constructed home. This company does complete crap work and the customer service is even worse. I don’t understand how they stay in business. I have held it in for awhile now and told myself I wasn’t going to get myself worked up anymore about it but I feel people dealing with this company should be warned. They have been a nightmare to work with ever since we signed on the project to be started. The review I am leaving is just a taste of what I went through and does not include all the emails and phone calls ignored and legit concerns completely disregarded. Incompetent contractors that have no business in this field. These people are dishonest, disrespectful and have no problem telling you no once the project starts. Try their best to play you out of the warranty and bolster the service agreement you sign when anything goes wrong.
