  Apartment was nice. There were some issues of people breaking into vehicles. The lake was a nice view.

  #1420 DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!! Yes To whom this concerns I’m a bit puzzled at the fact that you keep calling me and asking for December‘s rent when I literally just finished paying November‘s rent the end of November due to the government shutdown I had asked what about December‘s rent when I spoke to Kimberly. I told her then that there is no way I would have December‘s rent at the beginning of the month when I was just getting caught up on November at the end of the month due to the shutdown. And the only thing she said to me was that they weren’t sure how that was gonna be handled. Now December comes in and you’re blowing up my phone Looking for me to come up with a whole $1840 a couple days later. Which makes absolutely no sense to me, and have the gall to go up on the rent $51…. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Then on top of that, I was living in a black mold infested apartment That made all of us sick!! Every day Swollen glands and sore throat, constantly coughing, and then I started throwing up and having stomach pains. My son literally had mold growing on his pillows and covers on his bed. I had asked if someone could come and clean it again and do something to prevent it from coming back as well as check the vents in HVAC system for mold because I believe it’s in there as well and was blowing into the apartment and we were constantly inhaling it. I’m pretty sure y'all don’t live like this with a nonworking stove/oven and Dishwasher, then the maintenance men broke the handle on the oven door when they pulled it out and nobody ever came back to fix anything. The water always smells like rotten eggs, and was coming out Brown. The inside of my cabinets were collapsed with gaping sections on each side and the bottom of the cabinets/trim look like something has been chewing at them and behind my washing machine the maintenance guys cut the wall and left a big hole where anything could’ve crawled through there and I kept getting gnats. The ceilings kept cracking and falling down, garbage all over the place outside with bird And dog feces everywhere, The garbage dumpster is always running over with garbage and stuff from people that have dumped over there. And as I repeated before, nobody has ever came back to fix anything, All I get are rebuttals and excuses as to what you’re limited to do, or no response at all. I couldn’t even cook on Thanksgiving, even after he said that they will come back and make sure that it was working, and then y’all have the audacity to send me an email saying that the work order was complete, even though they never came back! I responded to the email saying that it wasn’t complete because nobody ever came back to finish and never got a response. This has been a repeated thing no matter how many times I’ve called or emailed about things not being done. Nobody ever shows up and that’s not to mention I now had to live with roach traps all over my kitchen floor, And it took almost 2 months to finally send pest control to the house, even though I paid for it every month with my rent.. I’ve already called the department of health and I guess I need to give them another call !

  Beautiful quiet complex, tucked away from the busy road. I’ve never heard my neighbors through the wall, barely hear people’s music out in the parking lot. It’s comfy, cozy, and very cute!

  The complex is great! It’s beautiful surroundings, quiet relaxing environment, make it an outstanding place to live. The management team actively communicates with residents and has been quick to respond when issues arise. I would highly encourage anyone to consider our community when searching for a safe and well maintained property.

  It’s been four years and it has changed and do a little better. But I have had a good experience with Quintal he’s been coming through when needed.We can get a break on the rental average but we know that’s not gonna happen.
