  I had an awesome experience at Lumen Doraville! Alexis Porter provided phenomenal customer service—she was super knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood everything. She truly made me feel comfortable and excited about moving forward. Highly recommend asking for her!

  Just toured an amazing apartment and I have to shout out Alexis Porter—she was everything as a tour guide! From the moment we started, she made the whole experience feel smooth, welcoming, and actually enjoyable. She knew the space inside and out, answered every question with confidence, and pointed out details I probably would’ve missed on my own. Nothing felt rushed or forced—she really took her time and made sure I could fully picture myself living there. The apartment itself was beautiful, but Alexis truly made the experience stand out. Professional, personable, and just genuinely good energy. If you get the chance to tour with her, you’re in great hands!

  I toured with niecey and she was the absolute best. She mentioned she had only been at this property for 2 weeks but she was still so very knowledgeable that I wouldn’t have noticed. Every objection I had, she had a solution. Very personable and allowed me to walk around the apartment on my own which I loved because I feel rushed when the leasing agent is doing it with me. Every question was answered during the tour the questions she didn’t have an answer for, she got it to me before the end of the day.

  I had another amazing experience with Neicy and Lexi at Lumen Doraville! They took the time to walk me through all of the amenities and made sure I didn’t miss a single detail. What really stood out was how welcoming they were, they gladly offered refreshments and created such a warm, comfortable atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Their kindness and genuine hospitality from Neicy truly sold me. They made me feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Neicy and Lexi are a big part of what makes Lumen Doraville so special!
