    This is my first week moved in and I’ve loved this community already! The leasing agents have been so attentive to all my needs and helped me with any issues I’ve occurred. The amenities are amazing from the working space, club room, gym and pool. My one bed one bath is super spacious and I love the modern design. One of the best parts is the events they host! Went to a “Wine Down” event and it was so fun to connect with the community and have amazing drinks, food, and live music! They definitely care about their residents and our wellbeing. Definitely recommend this complex for living!

    This place is horrible and has been going downhill due to the constant turnovers with management leasing staff and maintenance staff. This was once a nice fun place to live at. They had events 3 to 4 times within a month with food and drinks. It’s been almost 3 months since the last event which one is taking place tomorrow finally but let’s see if they have enough to serve everyone. Putting in work orders are the worst. The Management staff could do more to make this property A great place to live at, but I’m not sure they qualify or have the sense to know how the leasing staff are rude and short and don’t seem like they want to get to the bottom of anything for you. It might as well be AI taking calls and the maintenance staff are incompetent. I’m not sure any of the current or past maintenance staff at any formal or professional training to do the work that is bestowed upon them. It is true that the elevators don’t work often the gate to the resident parking lot are not working as well. Some Wi-Fi issues some electrical issues. Guess the hallway to do have a mix odor of many different things, including the multiple pets that stay here & they’re smelly owners. And the cleaning of apartments doesn’t exist in between residents. You’re paying almost $1500 for this Cheapest apartment here and you would expect more quality for what you pay . Actively looking for better apartment community to live in because this one is horrible. Would not recommend to move here And I don’t want anyone from the office to reply, asking for me to send them a message to follow up on this because you were given that opportunity before this review. Also, they just posted in the elevator a few weeks ago to go online and give them a five star review to enter in a drawing for a prize so that’s why you will see that the review rating is high but it truly does not reflect this community and I’ve been here Two years

    The property management is exceedingly poor. The elevators are constantly broken, and getting them to complete a critical work order for HVAC is like pulling teeth. Between horrible odors (in walkways and units), broken doors (again, in walkways AND units), HVAC issues, and general upkeep, this place is awful. The front desk won’t help you with delayed work orders whatsoever- some work orders never get fulfilled and if you have a critical one (HVAC), they may show up at some point, but you’ll be lucky if they actually fix anything at all. Upon moving into the unit, it was disgusting and clearly had NOT been cleaned. Tolerance for this is generally fairly high, however this unit was especially gross. It was also apparent that the previous resident had smoked consistently, as the tops of multiple surfaces were yellowed and covered in sticky residue. This was also accompanied by a horrible odor that has never gone away nor addressed by the management. Concerning quality of life issues, the front desk not only refuses to help (literally they say “we don’t touch work orders”) some of the employees are very unpleasant to speak with for objectivity zero reason. The apartment complex itself is newer therefore not horrible. So if you can tolerate lethargic/ useless property management, moving into a unit that was mistreated and disgusting with bare minimum effort to improve/ clean it, and a painfully low effort to enforce quiet hours and smoking rules (half of your floor wreaks of weed at any given time), then it’s not very bad.

    I moved in a few months back and have had a great experience so far. The staff is great and very responsive. I recently had an issue with the power in my apartment, and Tim from the maintenance team resolved it super quick. He was also great with my dog, which is always a plus.
