    If you are considering moving into these apartments, I would not recommend it. The maintenance is abysmal; I have reported the same problem on multiple occasions, yet they never actually come to fix it. There are mice throughout the entire building, but they simply ignore the issue—they just say they will send out pest control, and then nothing happens. By acting this way, they are violating the lease agreement, as all of these services are explicitly included in the contract.

    **DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. PROPERTY MANAGER IS A POOR COMMUNICATOR AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CONDITION OF YOUR UNIT** Johan Nunez is an amazing leasing agent with superior customer service skills. Unfortunately, he has left Chapel Creek and I was left under the care of the supervisor/property manager, Jorge Buitrago. I applied for a unit months in advance only for it to not be available the week I was supposed to move. Johan was awesome and negotiated for me to be able to get a similar unit at the same rate. This is when things really started to fall apart. I did a walkthrough with Johan and noted all the maintenance issues that I would like addressed before moving in. My move in date came and the unit had not been touched besides some roach bombs that Johan had personally done himself. The list of remaining issues included; -roach infestation -holes in the wall behind the toilet and in the baseboard of the sink -A rag left in a patched hole underneath the kitchen bar as well as deteriorating MDF under the bar -Holes and chipped baseboards under kitchen and bathroom cabinets -splattered pain that had not been cleaned in the kitchen At this point, I was turned over to Jorge as Johan was preparing his leave from Chapel Hill. Working with Jorge was extremely frustrating. When I spoke with him about my concerns of the unit, he smiled and spoke as if he was addressing them with urgency. My move-in date was then pushed back 2 weeks however I never received updates via phone or email. When I called, I could never get a hold of anyone. I had to leave work early to stop by the property multiple times over the two weeks and each time, no work had been done. Every time Jorge gave me some empty promise about things being in progress. When I asked compensation for the delays, he only offered the general rental special that they currently had for all new tenants. I had to reach out to corporate twice before he even offered to credit me back the app fee. Ultimately, Jorge has the guise of professionalism but no action to support it. He has no empathy for the disruption he causes by his inaction and inability to communicate effectively. I was very patient with Jorge and Chapel Creek as I know maintenance issues occur, but I was disappointed in how I was treated as a new/future tenant. I was made to feel like a bother for inquiring about maintenance delays, compensation, and clear communication. I have had to pay extra for delays in switching over utilities and fees for a late move-out of my current residence all because Jorge refused to initiate work on the unit. The only time progress was made was when I showed up in person. I should not have to take time off work to monitor things.

    No sirve el personal de la oficina en especial el señor marcos torres fui ala oficina para ver si me avían aplicado y me saco de la oficina porque estaba ocupado me dijo que no regresara que el me marcaba por teléfono si era necesario haora no se si aplique o no no vengan a esta propiedad menos con ese señor 0 estrellas

    Excellent customer service from assistant manager Johan Nunez; he helped me get the new apartment which is really cool and beautiful place to live and enjoy the view from the balcony. I am living in the Chapel Creek neighborhood around 4 years. It's a great place to live. All supermarkets and restaurants are very close to me. I do recommend to visit the area if you're looking for renting a beautiful apartment.
