  I liked the idea of having more space for my daughter. However, the home was not ready for move in. Although the company was aware of our move in date two months prior. The yard was not kept up. It was full of leaves and debris upon move in. The walls were not repainted, the carpet was not cleaned and had an odor. Many of the doors are chipped and damaged but were not replaced prior to move in. The sink vanities were not replaced and have chipped paint around it. As well as the base being unconstructed underneath the vanity. Not to mention the garage door did not shut when we first moved in. So there was a large amount of palmetto bugs in the home. It took us to bomb the house three times and have pest control spray twice to get them out. Which we paid for out of pocket. Now we have a constant cough and congestion. That we did not have prior to living in this home. It might be due to mold/mildew. Overall there was so much we had to do and even spend our own money on , to get the home up to part. It has felt like more of a project, and no tenant should have to go through that.

  I recently signed a lease with Sapir Realty and they’ve been extremely thorough and responsive during the entire application & move in process. Chel in particular has been quick to reply to all our questions & help guide us to the right point of contact. We also appreciate the ability to not only call but also receive quick responses via direct messages & email. After moving in, my roommate & I had a list of various maintenence concerns and nearly all of them have been handled in under a week thanks to the maintenance team! Ely , who came to fix miscellaneous issues around the house, went above and beyond with our requests & left everything not only functional but cleaner than before too!

  In the short time I've been working with Sapir, the service has been prompt, professional and as thorough as possible. I've worked primarily with Patricia and Mae, and both ladies have been great every time. From maintenance requests to access card issues to lease renewal, they respond quickly, communicate well and actually do the things they say they'll do -- and that is very important to me. I think we've been working together for about 2 years now and so far, so good.
