  Honestly, I just moved in about a month ago, but my Whole experience is just great. The people at the leasing office are very friendly and nice and helpful. My building is really good very quiet very calm. The maintenance people are very nice very professional. I am very strict when it comes to people bringing shoes inside my house and every time when I write a note about that when they come in, they take off their shoes which I consider very respectful and very professional cause a lot of people don’t care about that.overall I really have a great experience with my moving.

  I had a great experience with Parkway Grand Apartments! The level of service here is truly exceptional—every interaction with the staff has been positive and professional. Management clearly takes pride in maintaining the property, and it shows. The grounds are always clean, well-kept, and welcoming. What really stood out to me is the entire team. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Quay was my consultant and he has a really welcoming demeanor and he is very patient which really makes such a difference living in a place where you feel valued and supported. If you’re looking for a community that combines great service with a well-maintained environment, Parkway Grand is definitely worth considering! 💯

  I was told to sign my move-in inspection before fully checking the unit, which was a mistake. After moving in, I found several issues that needed attention. I reported them, but management hasn’t done anything. It’s frustrating not being heard as a resident. This has been a negative experience.

  I’ve been a resident at Parkway Grand since November 2025, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I was going through a lot at the time I was searching for a place, but after speaking with Quay, everything changed. His professionalism, transparency, and genuine encouragement truly set the tone and played a major role in my decision to move forward. Since moving in, both Quay and Jordan have been incredibly helpful in making sure I felt comfortable and welcomed. Their support made the transition smooth and reassuring. I also want to recognize the maintenance team—they are efficient, approachable, and consistently do a great job. Now that Charae has rejoined the team, Parkway Grand has a strong and dynamic group in place. Together, they create an environment that not only supports current residents but also fosters a true sense of community for everyone who lives here.
