In addition to numerous bugs and rats, there are water problems and no lights in the rooms. The management was quite disrespectful and showed no concern for the problems we asked them to fix. Instead, they advised us to look for another property. I've never been fond of this property and I'm somewhat let down. A problem occurred on our building's top floor the day we were moving out, causing water to flow into our apartment via the roof and into the living room, bedroom (with carpets), and bathrooms. Our roommates were quite unhappy.
