You might just find $400-$1400 added to your bill without any explanation or approval. Don't believe their lies about market rates - they aren't market rates; they are deltas to quarterly financial plans being passed down to you if you don't have the capital to litigate it. Before you sign up on a made-up special rate - occupancy is low for a reason and don't believe anything their staff emails you about month-to-month rates.
