- AJAllison JohnsonSep 25, 20251.0The red flags started before I even moved in — they tried to pressure me into signing the lease without seeing the apartment. During the walkthrough, the leasing agent trash-talked the manager and other staff, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. When I finally saw the unit, it smelled terrible. I opened the fridge and found a live roach inside. Roaches were also crawling on the walls, and the kitchen cabinets were stained yellow. Completely disgusting. Management is rude, especially toward residents who aren’t from the U.S. The property manager has clearly shown bias, which even her coworkers confirmed. Maintenance is a joke — they often tell you to call emergency maintenance because they don’t know what they’re doing. The fire alarm system beeped for a whole year before finally going off in the middle of the night. Visitor parking is always full because long-term residents treat the spaces as their own. Dogs roam off-leash, trash is always overflowing, and the office staff only enforce rules on people they don’t like. And don’t even bother calling corporate — they’re just as careless and unhelpful. This place is beyond unprofessional and unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They are liars and the head lady in charge doesn’t like people that’s not like her. Yep and that’s from her co- workers.

- SRSam RAug 20, 20252.0The roach situation in this place is insane. They're German cockroaches, too. They're behind the walls and they live everywhere in the building so spraying individual units upon a resident's request only does so much. They reproduce inside and you'll see egg cases and roaches of all developmental stages and sizes. It's not always bad throughout the year, but when it's bad, hoooooooo boy. I've lived in two different units on the 2nd and 5th floors, and it's the same in both units. It's gotten to where I've completely stopped cooking at home for fear that it will make it worse, and I have turn off all the lights past 9pm unless I want to see all the roaches that call this apartment complex home. It's so bad, I have to put plastic covers on all the electrical outlets and wrap the edges of the outlet plates with masking tape. The roaches are going to be the reason I finally move out of this place whenever I do.
