  Ants are everywhere in my unit, they are in my kids clothes in their closet, I have weird smells coming from certain areas of the apartment. Me management took over and the rent was raise mid lease in September. I’ve notified the leasing office several times verbally, via email I even asked for corporate and the leasing manager Crystal Williams fails to email me or give me a call back. The amount of money we are paying this property to be treated so poor is insane

  I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of security at this property. We were all issued gate passes, and management clearly stated that the gate would be closed and fully operational by September 28th. It’s now October 5th, and the gate is still wide open. Because of this ongoing negligence, my car was stolen right from the property. To make matters worse, the security guard who is supposed to be patrolling was asleep on the job. This is completely unacceptable for residents who pay rent expecting a safe, secure living environment. There’s no point in issuing gate passes if the gate stays open and the people hired to protect the property aren’t doing their jobs. I hope management takes immediate action to fix the gate and address the poor security before anyone else experiences a loss like this.

  Terrible. I could write a book but I'll keep it simple by just warning you to avoid this place at all costs. Management is terrible.

  At first I thought this was a great place to live. It took a year to be accepted because they kept moving back their opening date which isnt the main issue. First off , They raised our rent MID LEASE September 1st which is ILLEGAL in Georgia they sent out an email sating it would not take place until lease renewals. Once they did not honor this, had the actual nerve to type a letter saying rent increases will be honored and say they sent out the previous email mistakenly. They also stated in the letter they sent out exact increases to rent letter Before the mistake email which was incorrect. Per the email that was a "mistake" those exact increase letters were set to be sent within a couple weeks not BEFORE and the letters were never sent. They only said this to cover their ass but did not realize they contradicted themselves. I have provided receipts in the comments also. Personally, I did not receive any response to my concerns until 20 days later after several voicemails and emails. The rent raise was completely ridiculous when the apartment complex has so many problems. They fired all of their staff, brought in new staff(which is when they raised rent), and none of them know anything they always refer you to the property manager (Holloman) who also does not know what's going on and never is available. Any time you call the office, NO ANSWER or call back. The leasing office is ALWAYS closed or vacant, There are HUGE SPIDERS in all of the breezeways and by the doors that are making their way inside our homes and not being addressed. This is supposed to be a gated community, they gave us keys and the keys did not work so the gate is open supposed too be watched by security but the guard is either not in the vehicle or simply not paying attention. Not to mention the Pool was set to open in May , we recieved so many emails promising pool passes yet they are never ready and the pool has not opened at ALL. So many issues. I thought i would not have as I was the first to move in my entire building. I would not recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE
