Me management took over and the rent was raise mid lease in September. I’ve notified the leasing office several times verbally, via email I even asked for corporate and the leasing manager Crystal Williams fails to email me or give me a call back. The amount of money we are paying this property to be treated so poor is insane

We were all issued gate passes, and management clearly stated that the gate would be closed and fully operational by September 28th. It’s now October 5th, and the gate is still wide open. Because of this ongoing negligence, my car was stolen right from the property. To make matters worse, the security guard who is supposed to be patrolling was asleep on the job. This is completely unacceptable for residents who pay rent expecting a safe, secure living environment. There’s no point in issuing gate passes if the gate stays open and the people hired to protect the property aren’t doing their jobs. I hope management takes immediate action to fix the gate and address the poor security before anyone else experiences a loss like this.
