  As Toll Brothers have removed the ability to see the appalling reviewing on the town homes in front of these stacks, I’ll give y’all an update. Any house that spent the additional $10k on the balcony from their dining room has been refused the option to protect the wood correctly by the agency HOA that they have delayed handing over to the residents for over 18 months. The balconies have started to fail because they won’t let us do anything to them. The wood is warping and we have one year. But we can’t do anything to protect them.

  Buyers, beware when dealing with Toll Brothers. Our experience has been extremely disappointing—from being misled about which unit we were purchasing (despite relying on their agent’s guidance) to being told it was our responsibility to verify the information they provided. Most recently, we were given only 48 hours to submit final correction requests—11 months into the build. Because we missed that narrow window, Toll Brothers is now refusing to honor the outstanding items. These issues were clearly noted during our closing walkthrough and submitted to them well in advance of that deadline. If you're considering buying from Toll Brothers, get everything in writing and do not rely on verbal assurances. Proceed with caution, or you may find yourself locked into a significant investment that falls short of expectations.

  Extremely nice house. Except for heroic construction managers, customer service is awful. Air conditioning fails on Friday evening in July when it’s in the mid 90s? That’s not an emergency, we’ll get it fixed by Tuesday. Air conditioning is not a priority for America’s luxury home builder. Decatur’s ordinances about construction noise? An inconvenience. With a home warranty you get a call the same day. Toll Brothers who knows? Buyer beware. Don’t buy here.

  I initially had given this housing development a good review in pure relief for finally closing us after an insane delay. They closed us with a massively dangerous gas leak, which wasn’t communicated once - moved us in without any hot water, and left us without proper contact - hadn’t paid the gas bill during the build and left us in battle with the provider, and it continues on and on. We’ve spent 5 months asking,waiting, getting excuses to use our grill - excuse and excuse (and lies) and once they came in ripped out the internal walls throughout the house, admitted they forgot to install the gas line which can’t be retro-fitted (walls are still open with the holes). After 5 months of terrible experiences Toll Bros. have a lied to us consistently, don’t show up, there so called customer service agents have been rude, threatening us with breach of contract and have been beyond uncooperative. Not one senior level apology. (Electrical cutout issues, unusable faucets, every glass door damaged, terrible finishes everywhere, massive scratches throughout the hardwood). We are taking legal expert advice at this point - they are in breach of contract.
