  (0 star) We had a very awful experience. There was a national incentive offer for 30k until October 6, 2024. We did everything we could and put an offer on October 6, 2024. The unit that we were interested in was listed ~$486k. Our offer was lower than that ($463k), because in their price list sheet, they had an "end unit" for $468k under cotract. The unit that we wanted was not an end unit so we asked for $463k. After back and forth emails they accepted our offer for $468k. The next day, they said the incentive was included in the offer price and they denied to give it to us ($486 - $468 is not 30k). Our email clearly stated that this is the offer we want and we wanna also take advantage of the 30k incentive that expires on October 6. At first they said the email wasn't clear, then when we confronted them, they said that incentive was not for all the units. Long story short, they offered us $7 of that $30k and obviously we walked away from the deal! Their salesperson mentioned that $30k many many times. We multiple times confirmed the incentive with them but then they lied that they never said anything about incentives for that unit! We spent hours looking in the unit and we were so excited! It is very disappointing!

  I initially had given this housing development a good review in pure relief for finally closing us after an insane delay. They closed us with a massively dangerous gas leak, which wasn’t communicated once - moved us in without any hot water, and left us without proper contact - hadn’t paid the gas bill during the build and left us in battle with the provider, and it continues on and on. We’ve spent 5 months asking,waiting, getting excuses to use our grill - excuse and excuse (and lies) and once they came in ripped out the internal walls throughout the house, admitted they forgot to install the gas line which can’t be retro-fitted (walls are still open with the holes). After 5 months of terrible experiences Toll Bros. have a lied to us consistently, don’t show up, there so called customer service agents have been rude, threatening us with breach of contract and have been beyond uncooperative. Not one senior level apology. (Electrical cutout issues, unusable faucets, every glass door damaged, terrible finishes everywhere, massive scratches throughout the hardwood). We are taking legal expert advice at this point - they are in breach of contract.
