  We recently completed the purchase of our brand‑new Ryan Homes build, and the experience was outstanding thanks to Shaun and his associate Peter. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to answer every question we had and never once made us feel like we were asking too much or being a bother. This was our second Ryan Homes build, and I can confidently say that this experience exceeded our first in every way. Shaun and Peter were responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure the process was smooth and stress‑free.   I can’t say enough positive things about our new home purchase with the Crystal Falls team. From the moment we walked into the model to be greeted by Shaun, and through the entire build process working with Chris, we felt at ease that we made the right decision. Shaun’s knowledge of the design and build process was spot on. Everything he said would happen, happened in the timeframe committed. His calm demeanor set us at ease as we reviewed all the floor plan and upgrade options. When construction began, Chris took over and was the ultimate professional. He did not skip a beat in his communication and we received weekly calls and photos of our build. If any issues arose (which happen in construction), he was on top of it. We truly felt he had our back and was watching out for us the whole time. I kept waiting for a curveball or major issue but none arrived. We are just wrapping up our first week living in our new home and could not be happier. We have so much appreciation for the dynamic duo team of Shaun and Chris who made our first new home purchase a great one. Thank you, Ryan Homes, for offering great home options and hiring the right people.

As a business owner and contractor in the Atlanta area, I know that the key to a successful company starts with the people you have working for you. Chris exemplifies the high standards I set for my own team. throughout the build, he went above and beyond to set proper expectations and maintain open lines of communication.   Beautiful area, up and coming with really nice home designs for a great price. Mary and Shaun have been outstanding helping us throughout the sales process. We looked at many other new builds in the area but nothing compared when taking into account all of the pros of buying in Crystal Falls. Excited about the future here and hoping to meet many neighbors that have a similar experience!
