  I've been here a few years now and have no issue getting the help I need when it comes to maintenance, they come same day / same week and are quick to help. Kaitlin and Brooke are very sweet and always try to help out if I have any questions !!

  Brooke is an incredible Assistant/Leasing Manager. She knows Ten68 West like the back of her hand… to every floor plan, building, and unit location. Any question you have, she has the answer without hesitation. She shines in the front office with her smile, welcoming energy, and professional attitude. Brooke makes the leasing process smooth and stress‑free, and going the extra mile for residents and future residents. She’s a true asset to the community and a big part of what makes Ten68 West feel like home.

  Kaitlin is truly an outstanding Property Manager. Her knowledge and dedication to the community show in everything she does. Since she stepped into her role, the complex has noticeably improved; she continues to push for better every day. She listens, she follows through, and she genuinely cares about making Ten68 West a great place to live. You can see the difference in the way things run now. Kaitlin is a wonderful asset to this community, and we’re lucky to have her leading the way.

  I’ve truly enjoyed my experience living at Ten68 West Apartments. The community here is welcoming, well-maintained, and has such a peaceful yet lively atmosphere that makes it feel like home. Everything from the amenities to the overall environment reflects how much care is put into the property. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. Kaitlyn and Brooke consistently go above and beyond to make sure my stay is nothing short of amazing. They are always professional, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. Whether it’s handling requests quickly or just checking in, their effort does not go unnoticed. If you’re looking for a place where you feel valued and comfortable, this is definitely it.
