  Worse design ever. Why would you make parking in the curve in front of the Handicapped spots. They will hit the cars in the curve! 🤣

  The maintenance staff is horrible. I've been living here for 3 months and I've made numerous trips to the leasing office about my toilet. The last person that stayed in this unit allowed their kids to flush toys down the toilet and every time I make a request for maintenance to fix it they come with this snake thing to fix it but it only allows them to flush it then I'm back with the same issue. Honestly they need to put in a request for another toilet. Trying to save money will only result in a upset resident.

  So at the ten68 apartment complex the office staff has been nothing but helpful anything I need it has been accomplished they are always friendly and ready to help I have never had a problem there

  HORRIBLE experience since the day we were moving in, they were still painting our apartment as we were moving in but was told it was ready, carpet were not new, just cleaned, still wet!!! ,GROSS ,back porch was so nasty and markings all over it, the breeze way smells like PEE, behind our building there is always trash, you can complain and need something fixed and it goes ignored or they just walk in your apartment even if your not home, when it’s not even a emergency call. People who don’t even live in the neighborhood will be at the pool, kids are trashing the neighborhood daily, nothing will be done, you just have to live with it or clean it yourself, parking is a JOKE!!!! You will never find a parking spot!!! The counter tops will come off two months after moving in because they are painted on. The master bedroom is the smallest room in the apartment, it is a closet!!!! You will see cops in this neighborhood DAILY!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

  I love this neighborhood very quiet, the best part about it is the property manager MsSheryl Melton she is wonderful always helpful
