  My Experience with Ryan Homes: As a homeowner in a 55+ Ryan Homes community, I expected a level of quality and customer service that aligns with the promises made during the sales process. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen short in several areas: 1. Garage Finishing Not Offered: It was disappointing to learn that garage finishing is not included, nor even offered as an optional upgrade in our 55+ neighborhood. This lack of flexibility led us to hire outside contractors — something that could have been easily avoided and handled more professionally by Ryan Homes. 2. Unsightly Sewer Cleanout Pipes: The white sewer clean-out caps protruding from the ground are both visually unappealing and out of place. I was told these were required by the county; however, neighboring new developments do not have the same issue. This inconsistency raises questions and affects the curb appeal of our homes. 3. Crooked Utility Boxes: The utility boxes throughout the neighborhood are visibly crooked. This speaks to poor attention to detail during installation and reflects poorly on overall construction quality. 4. Unkept Trees Along Main Road The trees along the main road into the community are messy and poorly maintained. For a 55+ community, this should be welcoming, well-kept entrance-instead, it looks neglected and inconsistent with the image Ryan Homes promotes. 5. Lack of Communication on Community Amenities: One of the primary reasons we purchased in this community was the promise of a pool and clubhouse. We have reached out multiple times for updates and detailed plans, only to receive vague and unhelpful responses. We’re consistently told that Tamarack Land Development is responsible, yet Ryan Homes seems unwilling or unable to escalate our concerns. This lack of transparency and accountability makes residents feel ignored. The delay and lack of communication directly contradict the sense of community that was marketed to us. We chose Ryan Homes with the expectation of thoughtful design, strong customer service, and a true community atmosphere. I hope someone in a leadership position at Ryan Homes or their parent company (NVR, Inc.) reads this and steps in to improve the experience for current and future residents.

  We have been building a home at the Dallas, Ga neighborhood. We were concerned because of what people have said about builders. 🤔 You staff at 259 Serenity have been the best group of people I have ever worked with, Jeremy the builder has been the most amazing person to work with. He always listen, takes our concerns and fixes them communication with him is amazing! Shannon is so welcoming and kind has the information we needed treats our granddaughter so very well! We are the pink hard hat crew and of course papa with his white hat! We have been truly blessed to get work with the people in this office!

  The Ryan Homes team were excellent throughout the buying and build process. Efficient and organized, they helped immensely. Unfortunately we could not complete the home due to medical issues but the team was caring and sympathetic. Great people who care!!
