  Very nice place to visit. Extremely friendly staff. Had a dog there that was so friendly and loving. Looks like something out of a better homes and gardens magazine, beautiful inside.

  We had a fantastic experience working with Salli and Birch River Realty. I made a few visits to the area before we decided to purchase. When we did purchase, everything went smoothly and was one of the easiest house purchases we've had. She was always available for questions whether by email, txt or phone. I would recommend her to anyone looking for property or a new residence in Achasta. Btw, we are very happy we moved here. It's a beautiful community and everyone has been very friendly. Follow-up review for the sale of the house: We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Achasta Realty. Despite a tough market, they were able to sell our home essentially at asking price. What really set them apart was how much they went above and beyond normal agent responsibilities—helping ensure the house was truly ready for sale and positioned to get top dollar. Their market knowledge, professionalism, and communication made a stressful process far easier. Highly recommend.

  Salli with Achasta Realty, Birch River Realty was fantastic in our closing on a lot in The Achasta community. She helped show the lots we were interested in but also others in the neighborhood that were available. “ buying one that we originally didn’t come to see”. From opening to closing Salli and Gil were very accommodating and would recommend them to anyone looking for their future dream home

  Sally made it all happen for us. Keeps all our “ducks in a row” while we build our new home in Achasta. We live in Florida and absolutely trust Salli to keep us in the loop. Salli keeps everything on target and makes sure we are meeting our house building goals. It helps when you develop a close relationship with your realtor. We all understand the goal and Salli and dDawn help us hit it out of the park!
