  The property manager Angela is an absolute legend and will make sure if you have an issue it's taken care of ASAP! I've been here almost a decade and it still feels as much like home today as it did on day one.

  Completely revamping this review based on 8 years living here. First off, the buildings are very well built. Unlike some apartments, you can't really hear your neighbor unless they get really loud. So you won't hear the TV next door. The places are clean, with no mold, and they aren't drafty. We had a recent ownership change, and they are upgrading and upcharging some of the units, so there isn't as much of a price advantage as there used to be. That said, the upgrade units are very nice, and they're making some other property upgrades, including new roofs on every building. If you work in Cumming you can't beat this commute. As I said in my previous review, the Cumming Fairgrounds is right up the street. So if there is a concert or event there, you can hear the PA system or music. But these places are well built, it's barely audible inside, even a low radio will cover the sound. I can say that, provided it's in budget, I will definitely be here a few more years, I have no reason to want to move, and would encourage anyone looking for a decent apartment in Cumming to check the place out.
