We're now building our dream home here, and it's all thanks to Parisa. She’s been knowledgeable, friendly, and exceptionally patient throughout the entire process. I can’t even count how many times I reached out with new questions—or the same ones—and she always took the time to walk me through everything with clarity and care. We were able to choose a fantastic floor plan on one of the best lots, and tailor it with both structural and design upgrades that truly match our lifestyle and taste. The builder offered an impressive range of customizations, and the whole process felt seamless from start to finish. We’re beyond excited to move in later this year. They are price gouging on the lot premium for certain lots way above and beyond fair normal market value for that area. And this questionable business practice has made us lose out on dream home and on time, setting us back on precious time. Just too many reasons; I do not recommend.
