- AAAdamJun 6, 20251.0We signed a contract with Toll Brothers and then waited 6 months for construction to start. Unfortunately, the process was challenging from beginning to end. During construction, we discovered that our sales representative, Carol, failed to inform us that selecting a different elevation would significantly reduce the size of several rooms—by multiple feet! On top of that, the craftsmanship throughout the home was extremely poor. Can you imagine purchasing a home for over $1,000,000 and it being built poorly. Take your hard earned money somewhere else!
