  Platinum has been very awesome and easy to work with so far. They have taken care of everything and have been very responsive. Jennifer L has been especially great as she has always answered all of my requests and questions and was able to get our property ready for rental and then rented in less than a couple weeks on the market. Phil was also great during the onboarding process and when I was first exploring property management companies. He helped explain everything and how Platinum works. So far so good and I would recommend to anyone wanting a hands off landlord experience.

  We chose Platinum as our property manager this summer and it was one of the best decisions we've made. They are professional, timely, and over-communicate when items need to be addressed. Highly reccomend them to prospective landlords.

  Being denied the rental was really disappointing. I had put a lot of hope into it and started imagining it as my next home, so getting the rejection felt discouraging and stressful. It made me worry about finding a place in time and left me feeling let down, even though I know it’s just a setback and not the end of the road...but as I doubled back to view the property on Zillow I noticed that the property had been listed for 110 days with 59 contacts 🤔. I searched for reviews on the company and noticed complaints from both tenants and home owners that do business with Platinum that stated they fail to maintain proper maintenance on properties as well as periodically visit them in some cases. Long story short I'm almost convinced that the property I applied for is a scam. Four months of vacancy with 59 contacts and nobody qualified!!? The minimum credit score required is a 550 and I'm well over that, so how is it I was denied for a charged off account that I wasn't the primary of from 2 years ago?? I could only imagine with such low expectations of a credit score to qualify you would have plenty applicants who has challenging credit to apply for this home. Is that the bait?? 🤔 Almost $4500 in application fees and not one person qualified??😄 I didn't learn until reading the reviews that homeowners use the company as an liaison for renting their property. Its very much possible that this could be not a legit rental listed through Platinum. The math not mathing 🤷🏾

  When at the end of his lease our tenant bought a house and left, we were facing the most difficult period of the year in real estate - finding a new tenant in November, start of the Holiday season. After a competitive analysis, we chose Platinum Property Management Services to work with us. Their professionalism and experience were immediately apparent. The back office team quickly onboarded us into their system. The house was taken over by Jennifer, (leasing VP) an experienced professional with wide ranging connections with service providers that we needed to get the house ready. She quickly provided us with estimates, saving us time and money on a number of projects. After a little more than a week, all of the issues in the house were fixed and the house was clean, shiny, welcoming and ready for the market! Immediately after, seasoned leasing agent Dede took it over . She created very compelling advertisement content and within two days pushed the house advertisement to the most visited real-estate websites on the market. Within a month and half from the date of our tenant's departure, the house was rented. And this during the lowest season in the real estate market! We are very impressed and appreciative of everything that Platinum has done for us and highly recommend them.
