- TPTirth PatelNov 4, 20251.0Nice location and beautiful community but definitely Overpriced!! I bought one of th quick move in lot and I am noticing so many small issues. Some notable ones - HVAC didn't work on day 1, builder installed faulty whirlpool wall oven appliance, I haven't been able to use it since we moved in(over a month). Model home has different appliances than they give you. Extremely noisy garage door( I mentioned about it during inspection and I was told someone from garage door company will come to check it, no one has came yet) Hopefully things are resolved soon
