He ensured the home was staged perfectly and was present for every single showing. He made sure to learn everything about our property and home and did a wonderful job hosting open houses and increasing exposure of our listing. Bryan was there for anything we needed, and even went out of his way to meet vendors and contractors on our behalf once it was time to correct items from the home inspection report. He went to bat for us during negotiations as offers came in and we always felt confident we were being represented in the best way possible.
