  Bob is a dream to work with! He’s very knowledgeable, a great negotiator and was able to secure our office condo against two other bidders. His help was also invaluable when thinking through renovations and with getting us in touch with someone who could do the work we needed to update the space. Bonus: he is a lovely person! I could not more highly recommend him!

  I can’t say enough good things about Bob! From start to finish, he was professional, patient, listened well, and did a fantastic job of guiding us through the purchase of a condo for my wife’s business. I highly recommend Bob if you are looking to buy a commercial property!

  Bob is a fantastic realtor and one of the most honest guys I've ever met. I've known him for many years and was super excited to work with him to find the perfect first home for me and my Fiancé. Throughout the process Bob provided invaluable insight and took the time to answer all our questions, he also pointed out several things we didnt even think to look for as first time home buyers. Bob's time as a builder and realtor provides him with a phenomenal knowledge base that was super helpful when it came to estimating and evaluating specific projects around the houses we were looking at. All throughout the due diligence period and the negotiation stages, Bob helped keep us on track and showed fantastic negotiational skills! My Fiancé and I are absolutely thrilled with our new home!! Absolutely 10/10 I cannot recommend Bob enough for anyone that is interested in working with an honest and knowledgeable professional!

  Bob is absolutely one of the best people we have gotten to work with and grown to know as a person. My fiance has known Bob since he was younger and he was his role model growing up in the Eagle Scouts. We always knew we wanted to pick Bob as our realtor. When I first met him, I knew we would get along great (I am from NY, my fiance is from GA). He immediately hit the nail on the head with our house search. He has incredible knowledge about real estate and answered every single question I had (I asked a million)! Bob made this house hunting experience a true pleasure. His guidance and knowledge can’t be beat! We are so grateful for Bob and are sad we won’t see him as often as we did, but we can’t wait to invite him to our dream house he found us! We can’t recommend Bob enough, Bob is truly THE BEST!!!!
