It should be 5 stars!! I immediately sent a note to the rental office letting them know that the rating was made it error and it should be a 5; however, they are unable to reset the survey. I don’t want this error to have a negative impact toward his/maintenance team’s performance. I, personally, have never had a maintenance completed less than a 5 since living at Fairview Springs. In this instance and all others the maintenance team have always shown nothing but professionalism and expertise in finding resolution with any issues that I’ve experienced. I appreciate the service provided anytime I have had any maintenance requests and issues have always been addressed and resolved quickly.
