I cant put my trash out my door for valet trash THAT WE HAVE TO PAY FOR before I go to work or I will get fined $250 .. not only does everyone have to pay a liability fee now due to the gates constantly being broke that not EVERYONE is messing up so we all get penalized for it . The gates NEVER work either.

- AMAshley MJul 31, 20251.0Resident review; do not rent here! They do not clean the stairs and the property but collect money for pest control while do not come to service and no proper upkeep. The stairs are filled with debris/spider webs and the main gates are always broken. The owners need to hire a new manager! My lease will be up soon and I will not be renewing the contract. All Tara,the manager does is gossip about the renters to other renters.

After moving out in good standing and leaving the apartment clean and damage-free, I have yet to receive my security deposit — and it's been well over the 30 days required by law. Despite multiple follow-ups, management has been unresponsive and evasive. This is not only unprofessional but also illegal in many states, where landlords are obligated to return the deposit (or provide a detailed explanation for any deductions) within 30 days. It’s frustrating to be ignored after fulfilling all terms of the lease and being a responsible tenant. If you're thinking of moving here, be prepared for serious communication issues and potential legal hassles just to get your money back. I highly recommend documenting everything and knowing your rights as a tenant.
