- LSLaToya ScottJan 2, 20265.0This post is to reflect a recent maintenance rating. I had a recent December maintenance request completed by Brian and I inadvertently rated it a 1 in error. It should be 5 stars!! I immediately sent a note to the rental office letting them know that the rating was made it error and it should be a 5; however, they are unable to reset the survey. I don’t want this error to have a negative impact toward his/maintenance team’s performance. I, personally, have never had a maintenance completed less than a 5 since living at Fairview Springs. In this instance and all others the maintenance team have always shown nothing but professionalism and expertise in finding resolution with any issues that I’ve experienced. I appreciate the service provided anytime I have had any maintenance requests and issues have always been addressed and resolved quickly.

I cant put my trash out my door for valet trash THAT WE HAVE TO PAY FOR before I go to work or I will get fined $250 .. not only does everyone have to pay a liability fee now due to the gates constantly being broke that not EVERYONE is messing up so we all get penalized for it . The gates NEVER work either.
