I was a real estate loan underwriter for 12 years & I can tell you the front office does NOT know what there doing when it comes to the application process. HUD & Corporate must not know what is going on down there.(incompetence,descrimination & probably more) Nothing they do makes any sense. It's to bad as this is a nice place for all older individuals on fixed incomes.
