  Come March 13, 2024 it will be one year living here. I came from another Thayer property that was pretty cool, so it was an easy decision to move over here. My husband and I are newly weds and this is such a great place to stay. Quiet surrounds and beautiful interior apartments. Fireplace, hardwood floor, large windows, nice patio, and new appliances. I'm more of a stay to myself type of person, so I love the fact our neighbors are the same way. Only had minor issues. Heat was not working one time and they came out asap to fix it. Water pipe bust on the street which caused us not to have water, but same day resolution as well. We have a dog and this definitely a dog friendly place.

  Absolutely love it here! The staff is super friendly and awesome, maintenance is the best ever!! And our apartment is AWESOME!! We plan on being here a while! Thank you!

  Great location that is close to the historic downtown and across from Lake bottom Park. Great restaurants and coffee shop within walking distance. The new Management has been great in the last year that they took over. I enjoy living here.

  This place is beautiful and affordable. I really love the staff. They are fast, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place all my friends.
