  This is a very low income apartment. The windows are old and need replacement. I know it's costing me more to heat. Holes in wall, roaches, improper maintenance. None of any repair or instalation is done to code or even inspected. If you rent her, expect bad plumbing, bad windows, bad appliances, bad management. If you ask to get something repaired, it will be repaired by someone who barley knows what he is doing. If you complain to the management about anything, especially heath related they will either evict you or not renew your lease. I'm moving ASAP. I have never lived in such crap. I was forced out of my home and had no choice at the time but rent from here. My whole time in the military living conditions wasn't this bad. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE.

  The best things about the complex is the location and the schools.... the apartments are out of date and in desperate need of modernization ... my Ga power bill was extremely during winter months, I called maintenance thinking there was an issue with my heat because it was always freezing. .. he informed me that it wasn't the heat that was the problem, but the it was the poorly insulated windows.. sd they were unable or not thick enough to keep the cold air out...He said there was no way he could replace the windows without me moving out... needless to say.... I'm still cold... The paint is awful..its poorly constructed... the closet doors dont stay on track..there are spaces/gaps in base boards that aren't closed which is like a front door for these water bugs (cockroaches).. smh... I'm over it...
