  If I could I wouldn’t give them NO STARS. Where do I start? When I first moved over here I didn’t have any air for 4 months. I had to call consolidated government for them to fix it. Then the cabinet doors in the kitchen.Still haven’t been fixed. Both closets rods are broken. I can’t hang my clothes up in the closet. You can’t leave any bread out. The rats jump on the table and eat your bread and chips and I can go on on. This to shall pass. I moving out and not looking back.

  If I could give this place no stars I would. First off they advertise amenities that they don't have. Maintenance is a complete joke they come start a job and tell you they will be back the following day and then nothing happen until u reach back out to the office. They love to do patch work. Management sucks, we don't hear or see the Office staff, & no community activities. Side B looks like a completely different complex compared to the main side. Side be is dirty, run down & looks neglected. Meanwhile side a has good landscaping, buildings look like they are maintained a little better. No pest control, dogs barking on the property waking everyone up late nights. People store pets on their balconies that tear up trash and debris and it falls to the patio below. Kids have nothing to do. Parking lots full of broken glass!!!!! If You Can avoid this place I would! Definitely not worth what they charge which is probably why more than half of the entire complex is vacant!

  It’s been 6 going on 7 months since I was promised my deposit back from this place , been told lies after lies even reached out the company the leasing consultant (SHANTEL) told me runs the community they never even heard or Residence at Patriot Place . I definitely will be reporting this to small claims and reaching out to Legal Aid in regards to this matter as well as leaving negative reviews in any which way until I get my money back ! I don’t care if I have to spend more then what they owe me to handle it because at this point I feel like I been scammed ! And everytime I call the manager is either busy or not available (Ms.Harvey)

  If i could give a 0 star i would!!! We have not even be here a year and this place is so terrible! kitchen outlets stop working at random, a whole in the wall only has a nasty looking patch on it, never sanded or painted, a outlet needs replaced and they havent and many more things and this has been since we moved in, i reminded them once again right before thanksgiving and no one came.. i reminded them a week ago no one came, they said yeah well be there by friday its saturday no one has came, they said well be there today, on wednesday, no one came. I called Rosco and gave my mind!
