  My year living at the Hillcrest Apartments was nothing short of wonderful. Ally and Jordan were always so kind, helpful, and understanding. I didn’t encounter a single bug in my apartment the entire year that I lived here. My one bedroom apartment was so spacious and homey. If I hadn’t moved to a completely different city I would have loved to stay at this apartment for a longer time. It is a short drive to the downtown area and very close to stores and restaurants. I lived here as a single woman and I never felt the slightest bit unsafe during my time here. I cannot recommend it enough!

  I LOVED my 2 bedroom one bath! I even recommended a good friend here after moving. It really does boast lots of charm! The hardwood floors, loads of natural light, dual entrances, location, rad neighbors, and super pet friendly maintenance were all Perks. The office staff was always quick to answer or return calls, rent was rather affordable, and the maintenence was very good at responding to even the smallest issue. You can walk to the main area of town and there's a great park just a couple blocks away. The whole community is very dog friendly. The only 2 negatives were: 1. Upon moving out I was given a contact that I HAD to use for the cleaning. No one from that number ever called me back or answered my repetitious calls. After I moved they told me it was because they contracted with a different company and still charged me for not having it cleaned by their newly contracted company (that I did not have the contact info for until well after I moved) 2. I asked if I could keep a potted herb garden on the porch. Initially I was verbally told yes by office staff, then one day while watering I was told by the property manager that if I didn't move the plants to the inner stairwell that all plants and pots would be thrown away. I suggested that it would violate fire safety codes to block the stairs and she just said to get rid of them before she did (again, after I initially received verbal permission from the office. Get everything in writing I suppose) *disclaimer-lock your car doors*
