Shady people scary. Even when a report was filed. The lighting was not fixed. . Trash was always scattered. Parking is slim and you may not have a place to park. Not a good environment for a pet. Walk them on gravel.

Everything is nice and clean. walls were freshly painted , new flooring through out. my favorite is the pending light right above the sink , personally painted by the landlord Amanda. It goes so well with the antique style kitchen. The area is quiet, neighbors are friendly, and it is close to many food and shopping places. I also love the fact that it is very energy efficient.
