She was super responsive, willing to drop everything to answer any questions that my roommate and I had, and seems genuinely eager to make any potential resident feel welcome the moment they walk through the front door. We truly did feel at home with her. The process took about two weeks, end-to-end, and now I'm typing this from my living room. The apartment is totally spotless, smells nice, and the first few nights have been very peaceful. The grounds also appear very well-kept. I'm very excited to call this apartment home for the forseeable future!

From day one, they were welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Any time I had a question, they communicated clearly and followed through quickly, which made the entire move-in and living experience feel smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a leasing team that treats people with professionalism and kindness while also being efficient, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. The property has been well cared for, and the office team sets the tone for a community that feels organized and respectful. The maintenance team is also fantastic. Move here. Avoid Greystone properties. I worked in property management earlier in my career and have dealt with plenty of difficult teams, but I have never experienced anything as unprofessional, dismissive, and poorly managed as Greystone. Countertops and paint don’t matter if the people running the place make your life harder every month. Do yourself a favor and choose Enclave at Highland Ridge.
