- TWTiyanku Williamson4 days ago1.0What you see online is false advertisement those apartments do not look like that on the inside, they do not fix anything around nor in the apartments, even when you make a request, The laundry facility does not work. They have two washers neither one of them wash your clothes completely and one dryer that works, The manager of the apartments is always MIA, after the fifth day when rent is due, and you have not paid your rent yet you receive a late payment fee, which is understandable, but after the 10th day, they were sent out a letter for eviction, which I do not understand if that is the reason for the late fee, correct!….. they be quick to hit you with any fee around the apartments and add it to your monthly rent, but don’t be quick to fix anything in the apartments or that belongs to the apartments facility. My rate on Cross Creek is a zero do not move there!
