Miss Pam at cross creek is by far the best property manger I have ever came across, made us feel oh so very welcome from start to finish. This lady always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude, someone give this lovely lady a raise!
As a tenant who left March 2026. Please avoid this place. They care ONLY about the money and not the tenant.
I had such an amazing experience working with Ms. Pam during my mom’s apartment application process. From start to finish, she was truly one of a kind. It’s rare these days to come across someone who genuinely delivers top-notch customer service, but Ms. Pam exceeded every expectation.
She was patient, kind, and incredibly personable. She took the time to answer every question, made us feel comfortable, and treated us with so much care and respect throughout the entire process. Her down-to-earth nature made everything feel smooth and stress-free, and she was truly a joy to work with.
The apartment complex is very lucky to have someone like Ms. Pam on their team. She made a lasting impression, and we are so grateful for her help!

There is a review from 6 months ago that is in this format and here is the update based on this format. (coming from a resident who stayed here since 2015 and have now moved due to conditions.) Most importantly before I get started, Cross Creek use to be a peaceful and warming complex. Ever since switch of property management, it has gradually got worse to the point that now it has felt like you are living in a $1200 motel.
RENT & FEES:
Recently they have started to offer large rent specials that pretty much brings ANY type of person who can initially afford the rent and then they’re out of here within 6 months because they can’t maintain the rent I have NEVER seen so many U-Haul trucks in and out of an apartment complex over the amount of time that we have seen them.
FRONT OFFICE:
This is the one that really irritated me. We were still living there when they first tore down the rental office to renovate it and removed all of the washers and dryers and the mailroom. They said they were going to rebuild the mailroom and NEVER did. This was a few years ago and it is STILL not built. This is a severe inconvenience because now we are having to go to USPS or our designated pick up spot just to pick up a package. The front office looks beautiful but they have yet to keep the same energy with building that mailroom. RIDICULOUS!
MAILBOXES:
When some of these apartments were renovated when they were doing renovations, they did not renovate the mailboxes. Even an update of at least having numbers over all of the mailboxes would have sufficed. Some of these mailboxes have no number above them which results in the mail personnel dropping mail in the wrong box or sitting mail at the top of the box which exposes personal information of the tenant it belongs to.
MICE:
There are mice on the property and this is true. It is ashamed that I have heard stories where mice were found in an apartment, maintenance was called and they planned to come out and either A. Took forever to come or B. Did not come at all, resulting in the pest being taken out by the tenant.
PARKING:
Be prepared to park nowhere near your apartment during the holidays and some weekends. What is even worse, there have recently been people who have moved over there who have NO decency to NOT park behind someone’s car. How inconsiderate is that? Now you have to honk your horn until the owner of the car comes or call a tow because you can’t even get out of the parking spot.
ROACHES:
Grant it, the area is around trees and nature and the buildings are old. HOWEVER, since new management took over and Pegasus, the roach control has weakened and is damn near non existent. Pest control use to come on a routine schedule and for a few years they have not. When the temperature heats up it is worse. Have a nasty neighbor? Even worse.
MAINTENANCE:
There is in fact a high turn over rate of maintenance workers. Put in a work order they come in a few days to fix it then all of a sudden they’re missing a part or have to go get a part and then you don’t see them for weeks. They come and fix the issue but it isn’t completely fixed because you’re back at square one a few weeks later. The storm we had last year where that big tree fell which prevented people from exiting the front of the complex and had to exit the back was absolutely ridiculous. That issue should have been taken care of IMMEDIATELY the next day and it was DAYS before that tree got taken up. Same with the street lamp as you enter the complex. There isn’t one there anymore because that too fell over and it was DAYS before that issue got handled. Lastly, the branches that are ever growing have not been trimmed or anything. People are parking under branches that come all the way down to their car. Ridiculous. The yard use to be routinely taken care of. I use to hear them cutting every Thursday in the spring/summer. That too has also gone down.
PLAY GROUND:
Is it even a playground? That’s all I say on that. Do not recommend.

These apartments are over 40 years old. Yes, the staff is a big help when trying to get your business but give it 6 months to a year and see if you think the same way. If you have a package that can’t fit into your mailbox you have to drive all the way to the post office to get your package. No mail room on the property and most of the time no one in the office to accept any mail. Mailbox are not properly labeled so the mail carrier would know who mail goes in which mailbox. It has been that way for over 2 years. The mail room was never built. If you go to the dumpster in the morning be careful because a raccoon may jump out at you. In my short time here I have seen over 25 maintenance men come and go. If you choose to ignore this review. Please post your own and let us know what you think about that location.
