- TKTee KayJan 27, 20261.0If I could leave 0 stars I would. Currently in the process of trying to break this lease luckily it is not a hard process but you do need 60 days notice. I do not recommend this apartment at all. It is extremely dated and the trash is ridiculous. You pay a monthly fee for trash to be collected from your home and they come IF they feel like it. I see them collecting most people’s trash but if you live in the back forget about it. If you have a lot of kids this place is perfect for you. If you don’t have a family and are looking for a place with some peace and quiet and clean at the least this is NOT the place. Trash everywhere kids everywhere and neighbors that are highly inconsiderate. Specifically building 17 there is a family that lives in this building with I kid you not at the least 8 people in there home that are so loud inconsiderate and out right CREEPY. If you’re a single woman do not move to this building specifically especially if it’s the first floor. There is a man who works on his car just about everyday at all hours of the day. Kids loud and running around all the time I’ve had to ask them several times to leave my vehicle alone. I came home from surgery my mother was trying to help me in the home and one of the many strange men that hang out around the building tried to help her help me into my home. Luckily my boyfriend was trailing the car behind us but imagine he wasn’t. I don’t feel safe here and there is rarely ever any peace and quiet not to mention the endless amount of roaches!!!! Run as fast as you can I moved here cause I needed something quick and I regret it 0 stars!!!!
