  This place is a mess and a farce. The idea of the community is idea to me but it is obvious that the owners do not care anything about this place because if they did they wouldn't not have the deplorable management in place. Jordan and Ashley seem to be not learning as they go and are completely wretched....and get worst when they are wrong. I can access the portal, but they will not allow me to pay what I owe. All the charges are all the erroneous charges that they tried to evict me over. I owe for December's rent nothing else. But, in September I was able to pay my rent. Now, a fixed amount is not allowing me to pay what I owe. I am tired of going back and forth with them. I am doing everything I can to get far away from here as possible. They keep tagging my car, it happened twice the after the settlement and reneged on the judgement. My havc system is not working properly and causing my electric bill to double and I don't know what to do. I told them there was an issue this Summer when my air kept going out. Bugs everywhere and won't exterminate properly. Corporate won't respond to me for nothing, and this has taken a toll on me and my daughter's mental stability. Feeling targeted and unsafe because we can't trust Management or Maintenance. I am so ready to go to the media on this place..... Jordan is definitely THE WORST!

  The office staff was very pleasant. This is my daughters first place and they made my husband and I feel at ease about the community. The apartments are nice and fair pricing. Unique was exceptional , great customer service and vibrant smile. I feel comfortable with my baby living here and I would recommend them to others in the future.

  Jordaan was very informative about the property information. His professionalism was 10 out of 10. I would honestly recommend everyone to go through him. I really didn’t wanna even leave his office, it smelled so good in there. If you’re looking for top tier customer service Jordaan is the perfect person for for you.

  I was greeted by the nice leasing agent Unique upon my arrival. I had a few questions for the property manager about the property and its safety. I spoke with Jordaan. He was kind and knowledgeable and gave his honest advice about the questions I had in regards to the community. Thanks Jordaan and Unique again for your patience and support!
