  Don't move into this messy complex. There are too many dam issues when you live here. THIS COMPLEX DOES NOT HAVE LUXURY LIVING AS THEY ADVERTISE. You need to ignore the recent 5 stars reviews because they are clearly posted after the leasing office asked them to post a review. If you read closely they have not LIVED AT REGENCY SQUARE. They just either toured the property or just got the apt. So they have no idea abt living here. The issues with living at Regency Square: ROACHES: The apartments are roach infested. When you report the issue. Management has a cheap solution like sending a contractor to place sticky pads in the kitchen and bathroom. And the contractor never comes back. And the roach infeststion continues. PACKAGES: Packages are stolen at an alarming rate. So you will need to have somewhere to send your packages. HVAC: The system is VERY OLD, the thermostat only has 1 function at a time. At the end of summer you have to put in a work order for the HEAT to be turned on. And at the end of winter you have to put in another work order for the AC to be turned on. And this cycle goes on and on. Very annoying. MAINTAINANCE: When you put in a work order for a maintaince issues. They never fix the issue all they do is patch it up. And the issues eventually returns. Then they patch it up again and this just goes back and forth. LEAKS: THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING LEAKING IN THE APARTMENTS. I HAD TO CHANGE 2 APARTMENTS AND NOW I AM SO FED UP WITH LIVING HERE. So if you want a comfortable place to live REGENCY SQUARE IS NOT IT. And Regency Square can not offer you luxury living.

  Maintenance is probably the biggest reason I'd like to give this place 5 stars. Any time I've had an issue it gets resolved almost immediately. Overall these are nice places to live. Been here two months now and every thing is exactly what I expected out of what I'm paying for. In the best way possible.

  Wesley is a awesome maintenance guy! Very comfortable to be around our home and is respectful to our needs

  I had the pleasure of touring this community while looking for a short term rental. I chose this particular property due to the location as it was very close to the highway which is a must due to my frequent travel schedule. The staff was able to squeeze me in on a late Friday afternoon, although I did not have an appointment! I toured with Anthony and he was stellar! Very friendly and personable and even followed up with me a few times following my tour. I unfortunately had to turn down this apartment due to my employer relocating me to a different market, but if anyone else is looking for a nice property in a convenient location, I certainly recommend Regency Square.

  I just wanted to say thank you to Terrence the Assistant Manager for always being patient and understanding with me. He always goes the extra mile to make sure my issues are solved. Actually, since the Three Men have been in office, things have been amazing!!!!!
