  Horrible front office staff in our apartment has roaches so don’t let these people lie to you and I’m posting this on May 1, 2026 these apartments and these people commenting online talking about their great there’s nothing the good besides the square footage in they charge a dollar for every inch of it, which is crazy. When you have to deal with roaches also broke stuff inside the apartments smh you can find better trust. Appliances are at an out of date. Old sinks, old toilets, old bathtubs, old stove, and refrigerator.

  I spoke with Lori and she invited me to come look at an apartment. Lori was absolutely amazing, very kind. She doesn’t treat you as a customer, but as a friend, and speaks to you clearly. Many apartments I’ve seen let you look around for yourself with no one guiding you, but I prefer to have someone show me everything and talk to me about their spaces. I had so many questions and she answered them all and put my mind at ease as a new renter. I definitely recommend at least coming to view the apartments. The apartments are clean and very beautiful. Even the ones that aren’t renovated are nice. The ones that are fully renovated are beautiful. Everything’s very spacious. The common areas are beautiful and cozy. The staff are so welcoming and friendly.

  Hey the apartments are ok they were better 2016. Great management, better maintenance, friendly front office staff and the gate was working in place. This woman at the bottom has a very nasty attitude when you enter the office as well as over the phone. We definitely have had better front office personnel then her to make matters worst she over talks you instead listening to what we were saying.

  First question we asked when we were looking was how the was meaning could you hear people walking, talking, music etc. The answer was it is good they have had no complaints. We could hear the people above us walking all day long they sounded like elephants. We complained and we were told to call the off duty police officer so we did that he told us when it happens again to call him and he would sit in our apartment and listen thats all they could do. Then the water heater coil went out and we had to take cold showers or none at all for five days because it took them that long to fix it. We couldn't open the Windows if anything would have happened we could not have gotten out if the door was blocked. When I called for them to come fix them they just laughed at me. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were very whooply. We were told the carpets were cleaned before we moved in but a week after we moved in big spots started showing up. We have no kids or pets just me and my husband. So we went and spent $24.99 to clean the carpet ourselves and it stayed clean till we moved out . I have asthma and every time I walked out my front door it was like I was walking into a smoke filled restaurant. I would be choking on my way to my car or into my apartment. Our air conditioner went down and it took them 31/2 weeks to fix because the corporate office couldn't make up its mind whether to buy a whole new unit or just the coil. Once they decided it only took a couple of days and it worked better than it ever did. That was the beginning of June and we moved out the beginning of August and a few days before we moved out it broke down again. We received no compensation for the inconvenience. The noise you could hear kids running up and down the stairs all the time. When we received our move out Bill they charged us for little stuff just to eat up our deposit . All the appliances are old and the freezer has rust in it . The garbage was always full and overflowing , the pool was green and never kept up. I don't know what the workers do but it's not working always caught them in the hall smoking and talking to the tenants. I would not come here unless you are very desperate. We were in a hurry so we didn't check it out as well as we should have. Very disappointed!!!!
