  Beautiful luxurious townhomes with amazing views! Excellent amenities too!! The property manager and staff are so helpful and friendly. You are greeted with warmth and professionalism the moment you walk in the door. I love the location and how private it is yet close enough to dining, shopping, entertainment, etc. Absolutely gorgeous property managed and maintained by the best people in this industry!

  We have had such a wonderful experience living at Everton Estates in Cartersville, GA. From the moment we signed our lease, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. They truly go above and beyond to help residents, and that level of care has been consistent throughout our entire time here. The property is beautiful, quiet, and serene a very family-oriented community that feels safe and well cared for. During the snowstorm, the team proactively iced the property and made sure residents were safe, which really showed how thoughtful and attentive they are. They also host resident get-togethers, which makes the community feel connected and welcoming. And as dog lovers, we especially appreciate how pet-friendly they are! The townhomes themselves are the best we’ve ever lived in clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The landscaping is always in mint condition, the pool is consistently clean, the gym is very clean and feels safe, and the coffee bar is always stocked (a small detail that makes a big difference!). A special shoutout to Jodi, Maria, Sarah, Meyer, and Braden thank you for your extraordinary service, kindness, and dedication. You truly make Everton Estates feel like home. We highly recommend Everton Estates to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed place to live. We will definitely miss this community when we leave.

  Beautiful home with beautiful views! My husband and I moved to Everton Estates last year and immediately fell in love with the views and then more so with the townhomes! The multi-level layout offered plenty of space for us to spread out, feeling much more like a house than a typical apartment. The private entrance and attached garage were major conveniences. I loved only having to walk a few steps from my garage to my kitchen to drop off groceries. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is; the shared walls were a non-issue as we never heard our neighbors. We also loved the community pool, fire pit, and exercise facility. Sarah and Jody in the office are always so friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We loved the community events they held and the food trucks are always a fun treat! Maintenance is always quick to respond as well as professional and knowledgeable. Location, location, location !! Everton is only a few short minutes from Target, Walmart, Piedmont, and beautiful downtown. The only suggestion for improvement would be installing screens on all of the windows of the townhomes. Everton checks all of the boxes to make you feel happy to be home, along with a great sense of community.

  Maintenance is super quick and efficient and extremely kindhearted! The office staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well!! I highly recommend living here to anyone!!
