I have been here going on 3yrs. I have seen about 3 sets of maintenance workers out here, not sure why they change so much. I have to say Mr. Joe from maintenance is very knowledgeable because I was having issues inside my unit and the first maintenance worker came and couple days later I had the same problem. Mr. Joe came and explained to me why it was happening, he educated me on the problem and I appreciate that so much because I never knew anything about why my smoke detector kept going off. 3 detectors and 1 is different from the other 2. My filter was only changed once since I been here, Mr. Joe changed that for me I appreciate him because I don’t think I will have any more problems and if I do, guess what I know how to resolve it on my own with his help. Now, I’m not sure who the lady was but I was leaving out my door and was approached by a lady saying to remove my chair, little crate from beside my door. I said, “ this stuff has been there since I moved in here, she responded I don’t want the fire department to fine you a $500 fee. So I removed my chair from my front door along with everything else. She said we can only have a mat. A neighbor said something about this same lady as in she didn’t care when he came to her about an issue in his apartment. I don’t bother anyone and I never go to the office or call unless it’s serious.

We just moved in and the process has been easy as can be!! I spoke with Ms. Romae prior to us moving in and when we moved in. She answered all my crazy questions with professionalism and so much kindness!! We recently had issues with our dishwasher and Mr.Dave the maintenance man was so kind also! He answered all my questions and fixed it within 10 minutes!! The people at The Dawson have all been so kind and we are so lucky to have them here!! They really treat you with all kindness and respect and we wouldn’t want it any other way!
