  I can’t say enough about this community and Cherrelle, the Business Manager here at Arcadia! I visited as a vendor and fell in love with this community! So much so, that I applied for an apartment here for my son! I’ve been in the multifamily mgmt industry for 27 years and when I say there are not many Business Managers out there that show the patience, care and pride that Cherrelle did, so that impressed me thoroughly! This will be my son’s first apartment and I feel extremely comfortable and excited for him to have such a great community to call home and I know this team will take good care of him! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and honestly 5 Stars isn’t enough!

  Great place to live the management is very nice well spoken. Answering all questions and concerns clearly. I highly recommend this community if you looking for a place in the area.

  I’ve had a great move-in experience at this community. The environment is clean and well maintained, and the amenities are excellent—especially the gym, which is well equipped with a wide variety of machines. I also want to give a special shoutout to the property manager, Isaiah. He was very responsive and helpful in resolving my move-in questions, and on my move-in day he took the time to walk me through the apartment again and explain the features in detail. His support made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, a very positive experience so far. Highly recommend!

  I had an appointment booked to do a tour. The agent came to the door and told my mother that was with me that they opened in 5 minutes even though there office was supposed to open at 9:30 and not 10:00 AM per the office hours posted on the website, google, and appointment time. While three people who work for the company 1 being a corporate woman continued to have me and my mother wait for an additional 25 minutes and refused to tell us when would be a better time to reschedule. They had locked the door on us and refused to let us in. Very discriminatory, unprofessional, and nasty. As someone looking to move to a quieter and more friendly city, this being my first impression of cartersville has put a horrible taste in my mouth. I hope that Arcadia decides for their next training and corporate meeting to do a class on customer service and professionalism. I unfortunately did not get their names because they refused to acknowledge us but I have pictures ! Thank you.
