  Deontae was very friendly & professional while giving me & my friend the tour. The entire place is spotless and it’s a very quiet neighborhood. 10/10 recommend!

  I would give this below zero stars if I could! This complex does not communicate anything to anyone. They ran a special that the first 2 months were free and they sent me a bill and an eviction notice if I did not pay and I had to remind them over and over again that I was a part of that special. Unorganized. Also I paid a “move out” fee that was over $200 and I just paid it because who cares right. Thinking I was done with Arcadia after the move out fee. Come to find out I have an $885 amount in my collections in my credit report from Arcadia! For what and why that much?? This place does not answer emails or phone calls. Stay away from this place. They’re horrible.

  This is my second year here just signed my renewal and I I love it . The place is quiet and wonderful . Close to grocery stores. And close to pine mountain . I love living here . Wouldn’t go to a different complex . Cherrelle is also the greatest for she made sure everything I needed was done in time for my renewal . She’s lovely and sweet . I would recommend this place to many

  My Experience has been one of the most Amazing Experiences I have had as far as my Moving Process. The way that the Property Manager, Cherrelle, assisted to make My Move in as Smooth as it has been, is Absolutely Outstanding. She answered Any and All questions that I had Concerning my Move. Her Welcoming Attitude and Warming Personality played a Tremendous Role in Choosing Arcadia Cartersville to be My new Home.. I haven’t been here long, but I feel as though I will be here for a while! Thank you Cherrelle for being So Helpful and Kind.
