  I don't live here but I am a delivery driver for UberEats and after my first time coming here I decided that I would NEVER live here in my entire life. If this was my only option of a place to live, I would honestly go live in a hotel or homeless shelter. This is the MOST confusing apartment complex, literally a COMPLEX, a labyrinth and unintuitive for those who dont inhabit this place. Not ONE person that I've delivered here to has put instructions on how to get to their apartments but I would imagine it would be damn near impossible to. Also, there's NEVER any parking AT ALL regardless of what time of day I come here. If I could, I would block ALL orders from being offered to me from this complex.

  I have recently visited Canton Mill Lofts and I was very impressed with the property and staff.  The building is absolutely beautiful, with stunning historic charm. From the exposed brick and high ceilings to the large windows and thoughtful details, the space feels welcoming, unique, and full of character. The staff truly elevate the experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly. Shyella, Jacob and the property manager Zuleika are professional, and happy to help. They were knowledgeable about the property, answered questions with genuine enthusiasm, and clearly take pride in both the building and the community. It’s easy to see how much they care about residents and guests alike. The property itself is clean, well maintained.  The maintenance team take great care of the property. Overall, Canton Mill Lofts leaves a lasting positive impression. Between the beautiful space and the outstanding staff, it’s clear this is a special place to live and visit. Highly recommended.

  Update: Your response is generic and not genuine. Not only did you not try to contact me, but you provided a number to the main leasing office which NO ONE ever answers. You don’t care, but no worries I have followed the proper process to file my complaint with the state. Horrible touring experience. I toured this complex 2 years ago. The 1st tour was amazing. The one I had today not only wasted my time but I was also highly offended. I decided to renew my lease after the 1st tour, so my daughter wouldn’t have to change schools her last two years of high school. Now that she is graduating and going to college, I am down sizing from a 3 bedroom room 2 1/2 bath house with a garage, and was still interested in these apartments. I called and spoke with a lady in the office (not your central leasing call center) I explained that I toured 2 years ago but the larger floor plans weren’t available then. I see they are now and would like to see the 1,300 and 1,500 square footage apts. she took my information and scheduled the appointment. I get there today and I am being offered to see the smaller cheaper floor plans. I reexplained everything, and was told I can’t see the other units unless I apply to make sure I qualify. I said no one ever told me I had to apply before looking at an apartment. What if I don’t like it. I drove 40 minutes to be forced to look at a floor plan I am not interested in. I toured the smaller apartment just so my time wouldn’t be wasted. He didn’t offer to tour any of the amenities, and then told me a story about how one time him and his partner applied for an apartment and got denied….. Sir I don’t care about that. I make more than enough to live here, and I have a great rental history. Maybe he was trying to make the situation less awkward, but it didn’t help. Do you make sure everyone qualifies before viewing the apartments they actually want to apply for or just the people of color? There are literally hundreds of apartments to choose from in the in the surrounding area and a lot of of them are brand new. To be told I can’t view an unit I am interested in unless I apply first to make sure I qualify is insulting, and embarrassing. I will take my money and good credit to another complex that doesn’t have so many bad reviews about roaches and water outages. Also you are violating the fair housing act. Steering: Cannot guide prospects to or away from certain areas or buildings based on their protected class.

  It’s a cool place to live. The whole staff is super nice and communicative, and they will do anything they can to make you happy – except for soundproofing, because there is none. I lived in two different apartments here and the noise in both was unbearable. You could hear your neighbor set a fork down. So imagine their snoring or their baby or their (low) TV volume keeping you up every night. It’s impossible to feel comfortable in your home when it feels like somebody else is listening in on you and vice versa. It truly is a nice place and very cool to live in but the noise ruined any good qualities.

  I don’t believe I have ever seen a group of administrators so intent on making my life happier and more comfortable because of the efforts put forth. Always a very prompt response to any maintenance issues and each person is very knowledgeable and very kind and supportive. Everything here seems to be focused on the comfort and convenience they each strive to give to me as I have been living here. This team is simply the best and I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative
