  The Lofts are absolutely gorgeous. The staff is friendly and is ready to help with any needs. We needed a couple of things fixed when we moved in and they were done immediately, no waiting. We are so happy with our choice to live here and look forward to a couple of years here or more.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Canton Mill Lofts. The building itself is absolutely beautiful—full of character, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping everything clean, functional, and visually appealing. What really stands out, though, is the staff. They are consistently professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly and made the process easy. It’s rare to find a team that’s this attentive and committed to making residents feel comfortable and valued. Overall, Canton Mill Lofts offers a perfect balance of style, comfort, and excellent service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to live.

  Canton Mill Lofts has been a wonderful place to call home. The community blends historic charm with modern comfort, creating a unique living experience that stands out from typical apartment options. The restored mill features give the property character, while the layout and amenities are both functional and thoughtfully designed. The office and maintenance teams are exceptional. They are friendly, responsive, and consistently professional, which makes day‑to‑day living easy and enjoyable. Every interaction has been positive, and their commitment to great service truly enhances the sense of community. The amenities are well maintained and add real value, from the inviting common areas to the dog park and clean‑up stations. The property feels lively and welcoming, with pets and families contributing to a warm neighborhood atmosphere. The location and pricing are appealing, and the pet‑friendly environment is a major plus. Overall, Canton Mill Lofts offers a distinctive, comfortable, and community‑oriented place to live.   I have no clue how they could ever get a good rating. Bedrooms don’t have windows. Bedrooms don’t have ceilings. Sharing one of these apartments DOES NOT WORK (unless you like listening to your roommate do whatever they do in their bedroom ie snoring, banging etc- as it can all be heard throughout the apartment with only a ceiling in the bathroom.) These used to be section 8 apartments, then with each subsequent sale and paint job the buyers figured they could jack up the rent and call them luxury- 🤣🤣🤣
