She invited in the model as if it were her own home. You can tell how much pride she has for the community and how she truly wants it to be everything every homeowner is looking for. We also met with Andrew, the project manager today. He seems to truly have his heart in this and want the best for all the homeowners. I am excited to work with them more throughout the process. Throughout the process, we mainly worked with Heather and Josh, and both of them were absolutely amazing. Heather was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. She is very friendly and approachable! When we faced challenges with the financial process through NVR Mortgage, we were given the option to secure our mortgage through outside lender which worked out perfectly for us. Our project manager, Mr. Josh, was friendly, supportive, and dedicated. He kept us informed with weekly Friday updates and progress pictures, which we really appreciated. He was always available to answer our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Towards the end of the process, we experienced some minor communication gaps between the building management team and outside lender, but everything eventually came together smoothly. Ryan Homes completed our house in just four months, and the final result is even more beautiful than we imagined. We love our new home and are very satisfied with the entire experience. A big thank you to Ryan Homes, especially to Heather and Josh, for their hard work and dedication!
